Lyra Level: In the past few years I noticed there is very little gap between my open level and advanced classes. I tend to design my choreography and concepts organically - getting a feel for the class at the beginning of term and then planning accordingly - so this year, I am intentionally moving beyond traditional ‘Open’ or ‘Advanced’ labels and created ‘Lyra Level’. I push my students to meet the demands of each lesson, which will elevate your skills as a burlesque artist - so be ready to commit!
Note: Not suitable for complete beginners or those new to the art of burlesque. Please book into one of our Beginner Classes before jumping into anything else. Those new to chair welcome to sign up! Please contact Lyra for clarification if required.
*Chairs will be provided.About this class: Let’s get those booty’s popping with this high energy, sexy chair class. Character, chair technique (balances, tricks, using the chair as a prop properly) and sexy BOOTY moments makes this class one you don’t want to miss.
At the end of your 8-week commitment, you have the opportunity to participate in our Student Showcase on MARCH 20TH and 21st (Part of Adelaide Fringe!)

What to Wear to Class: Be comfortable.

Active Level: This class will include floor work, chair technique and consensual and guided contact with another person.
Costume: TBA
Costume is purchased at the student's expense under the guidance of your teacher.
Nudity Level: Pasties.
* Student Showcase is always highly encouraged but remains optional, your teacher will talk through this more with you during term.
