Lyra Level: In the past few years I noticed there is very little gap between my open level and advanced classes. I tend to design my choreography and concepts organically - getting a feel for the class at the beginning of term and then planning accordingly - so this year, I am intentionally moving beyond traditional ‘Open’ or ‘Advanced’ labels and created ‘Lyra Level’. I push my students to meet the demands of each lesson, which will elevate your skills as a burlesque artist - so be ready to commit!
About this Class: The finale to end all finales. You will be dancing around my full size martini glass prop, with your own mini martini hand glass prop. You will learn how to tease and reveal while having something in your hand the WHOLE time. This routine will be dazzling - think Ziegfeld follies dance number.
Mini pour at the end.
At the end of your 6 week commitment, you have the opportunity to participate in our Student Showcase Sat August 15th. *

What to Wear to Class: Be comfortable.
Song: Whatever Lola Wants
Active Level: May contain floor work.
Costume: Gold Shimmer skirt and top. Underwear TBA. Small plastic martini glass. Gold pasties.
Costume is purchased at the student's expense under the guidance of your teacher.
Nudity Level: Pasties
* Student Showcase is always highly encouraged but remains optional, your teacher will talk through this more with you during term.
