Participants will learn how to move comfortably and confidently alongside another dancer, exploring techniques that enhance stage presence and create visually dynamic partnerships.
Participants will develop skills in:
Partner awareness and spatial connection
Mirroring, matching, and complementary movement
Building trust and confidence with another performer
Creating chemistry and storytelling through partnered choreography
Stagecraft and performance techniques for doubles acts
Collaborative movement and audience engagement
The choreography will be accessible to all experience levels, with a focus on connection, communication, and having fun rather than technical complexity.
Participants are encouraged to bring a partner, however solo attendees are absolutely welcome and will be paired up during the workshop.
This class is perfect for performers who are interested in creating duo acts, expanding their stagecraft skills, or simply trying something new in a supportive and playful environment.
Please bring: water bottles, knee pads, heels (should you wish to wear them) & yourselves!
