Lyra Level: In the past few years I noticed there is very little gap between my open level and advanced classes. I tend to design my choreography and concepts organically - getting a feel for the class at the beginning of term and then planning accordingly - so this year, I am intentionally moving beyond traditional ‘Open’ or ‘Advanced’ labels and created ‘Lyra Level’. I push my students to meet the demands of each lesson, which will elevate your skills as a burlesque artist - so be ready to commit!
About this Class: This routine epitomises classic 60s Hollywood - based on the movie THE SILENCERS - you will be bumping and grinding as sexy spies to a vintage-style routine.
What you will learn: Bump and grind like a Hollywood leading lady - but as sexy, seductive spies! Sexy, seductive and character driven.
At the end of your 6 week commitment, you have the opportunity to participate in our Student Showcase Sat 15th August.*

What to Wear to Class: Be comfortable.
Song: Silencer
Active Level: will contain intermediate floor-work.
Costume: Short black velvet dresses with back zip, white opera gloves, black fishnets, black mesh corset, black triangle bra, black high waisted knickers, black pasties.
Costume is purchased at the student's expense under the guidance of your teacher.
Nudity Level: Pasties
* Student Showcase is always highly encouraged but remains optional, your teacher will talk through this more with you during term.
