Open Level: Must have completed at least one term in beginners or enrolled in beginners during the same term as you plan to enrol in Open Level. Developing stage craft and refining movement with reflections on core burlesque skills.
If you have taken fans at another school, you are welcome to attend this class.What you will learn: A touch of vintage glamour, feather fans are synonymous with burlesque. For this routine, we will work with dramatic reveals and playful tease to a classic burlesque song that will make you feel like you have stepped onto a Ziegfeld Follies stage. Whether you're an experienced fan dancer or just starting out, learning to manipulate feather fans adds an exciting dimension to your burlesque repertoire.
At the end of your 6-week commitment, you have the opportunity to participate in our famous Student Showcase
What to Wear to Class: Comfy active clothes
Song: Soft Light & Sweet
Active Level: This class may include consensual and guided contact of other students and floor work.
Costume: Skin coloured heavily stoned underwear of your choice. AB stoned pasties. Skin colour fishnets. White/gold or skin toned shoes. Necklace as headpiece.
Costume is purchased at the students expense under the guidance of your teacher.
Nudity Level: Pastie reveal
* Student Showcase is always highly encouraged but remains optional, your teacher will talk through this more with you during term.
